Because my study permit has been going for a month since submitted to IRCC, but no further updates yet. Just want to know on your application experience, so i can manage my expectation on my application. Thank you! And post more videos!
Hello! I submitted my study permit application on June 4 and then did my biometrics on June 8. On June 21, I already received a passport request letter from IRCC stating that a decision has already been made for my application. I sent my passport through mail and they sent it back after a few days together with my study permit approval letter. They only sent me my introduction letter on June 30 through my IRCC account.
I forgot to mention that I applied through the Student Direct Stream (SDS) with processing time of usually 20 calendar days. @@annedumpling8892 thanks for your response! i have submitted my application via regular stream, submitted 16 sept, biometric 23 Sept, up till i'm writing this comment, haven't heard any updates from IRCC '_' hopefully to hear from them soon. Anyway thanks for responding so i have a better picture on how long is the current processing time.. best of luck on your study!
I’m assuming because you quarantined for 14 days you had Covid hence the test but did you have to pay for the whole 2 weeks at the hotel? Must have been expensive
