Hi! You are exempt from the 14 day quarantine if you qualify as a fully vaccinated traveller to Canada. At present, the accepted vaccines are only Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, and Janssen. Starting November 30, 2021, vaccines authorized by WHO such as Bharat Biotech, Sinopharm, and Sinovac will also be accepted by Canada. To be considered fully vaccinated, you need 2 doses of one of these vaccines or a mix of 2 accepted vaccines or 1 dose of Janssen. You should have also received your 2nd dose at least 14 days prior to the day you travel.

Hello po! I arrived in Toronto at 8 pm and it took me about an hour and a half to complete the arrival process in the airport (immigration, getting my permits, arrival test, baggage claim, and etc.) :)

What I did first was check if my preferred program is available in the college and also if the college is considered a Designated Learning Institution (DLI). After that, you need to check the admission requirements and application process (for international students) which you'll see on the website of the college. Usually, they would require you to submit your transcripts, diploma, and IELTS. The documents required varies by program.
