Awesome rig 💪just bought /waitng for my next gen same colour Aluminium same bar and winch/snorkel have also added arb sidesteps and siderails to bar/ complete Wildtrak eletric rollershutter and Hussla strikeforce rims cannot wait for mine

@@Jacksons4x4 yeah, it's mint. I was wondering why it took the shop so long! ah. Wiring all the sensors and moving the radar etc must be an absolute pain for the poor tech.
Would also explain why it was $5000, and the bar on my old Colorado was 3. The difference is the nightmares that tech went through hahaha
@@CelticKnight2004 Yeah the first couple of bars on new vehicles always take a while, especially with all the new tech and features. Now that we've done a few of them it's definitely getting faster and more efficient.
The bar was actually just under 4k but you are correct, a big part of it is all the extra work that goes into integrating the bar into the factory systems. Cheers - Media team

How do you fit a larger fuel tank, a more efficient auto trans cooler.
What switch from stedi did you guys use and whereabouts on the inside did you put it?

Hi, I’m new to car build. Is it possible to install the shock absorbers as a replacement to the leaf spring to the rear axle, this way the ride is a bit more comfort?

Does the under-body protection allow for a front steel bash plate with polimua for the rest of the under-body of the protection? Can you mix and match?
Would also love to see the side rails changed and front panel bar protection.

Does the arb tank sit lower than the original and far back do those bash plates go back do they cover the dpf
Thanks Adam! I don't have a before and after measurements of the tank however it is up pretty high and around the same height as one of the factory cross members so plenty of clearance. As for the DPF yes it is covered (the DPF is sort of up and to the side of the chassis rail, bit hard to explain sorry!). If you keep an eye out for the Facebook post on this car in a couple of weeks I'll include some photos underneath it. Cheers!
Very much likes the front-end set-up - Was trying to see what tires you were running against the OME shocks and if they were coil overs? Also, was it an ARB rear bumper and were you carrying to two spare tires, And the last question is have you connected a long-range fuel tank to the vehicle .... Sorry so made questions but genuine reason to asking them.
Hey mate, thanks for your questions.
1 - Tyres we're supplied by the customer, they are Toyo Open County tyres however I don't have any records of the exact size because we didn't supply them.
2 - Front shocks are coil overs, rears aren't.
3 - No it's not an ARB rear bar, just the factory tow bar.
4 - Just one spare tyre mounted under the tray.
5 - Yes, it is an ARB Frontier tank which brings the vehicles fuel capacity up to 140L.

Yes it does however you need to take the vehicle back to Ford so that it can be reprogramed to suit. Cheers - Media team
Excuse my ignorance but why do you and others I've seen add an antenna that long right to the front of the vehicle. Why not conceal it between the rear seats and loading bed for instance?

Hey mate, yes it is lifted as part of the suspension upgrade. Unsure on the tyre size as they were customer supplied so I don't have any history on them that I can look up sorry. Cheers - Media team
