- TBS gives us the Montreal Expos and Jeff Fassero against the Atlanta Braves and John Smoltz, September 22, 1996. One pitcher did really well, with a double-digit strikeout day; the other starting pitcher, not so much. Somebody else had a four-hit afternoon.
I missed these days. Nothing was like Braves baseball on TBS. Those graphics give me nostalgia…. What I would do to be back in the 90s again

I was 8 years old living south of atlanta when this game wad played. Grew up pmahing little league and idolizing the braves. Tha k you to whoever posted this video this brought back so many great memories for me.

Early fall sunny day games at the AFC stadium always looked beautiful…that shadow made it hard to pick up but it made for a nice visual especially in the outfield
I was a student studying abroad at Emory University during Greg Maddux's final year with the Atlanta Braves. That year, I went to Turner Field a few times to watch Maddux and John Smoltz play. It's amazing that it's already been 20 years. I wonder if Professor Raghuveer Halkar is doing well.
