I will say this as a Trump supporter who voted for Obama and then stayed home in 2012 and 2016 (was disappointed Ron Paul wasn’t the nominee in 2012 and didn’t take Trump seriously in 2016 and was convinced there wasn’t a real path to victory for him and Hilary would just win by default) I will say, having some experience in Democratic politics, the problem with Sanders on the ticket either at the top or bottom is while he’d certainly energize the base, he’s a bridge too far for upper middle class urban and suburban Democrats and the 5-10% of Republican voters that voted against Trump. The last two elections were won on such close margins that anything could of swung things the opposite way. Hilary ran a bad lazy campaign in 2016 and was just a horrible candidate, but idk how Bernie could ever build a coalition and win.

Liam Morrison it wasn't rigged against him. Let's be real.. he just jumped into the Democratic platform because typically an independent doesn't make it very far. He should have been true to himself and ran as an independent or Hillary's VP. He was like the red headed step child to the DNC and rightfully so. Hillary had been a loyal member for over 3 decades to the DNC. Bernie played himself and then got mad knowing Hillary had raised much money for the DNC for over 30 years. Always easy to have a scapegoat, but you can't just switch parties when it's convenient and then cry about favoritism to a life long democrat.
