I was listening to you. I remembered something, I keep all the tops to the grated Parmesan cheese plastic bottles. They fit on Mason jars. I'm kinda of intimidated by it..not sure why but I'm a baker at heart and have always stayed away from it until I recently saw her videos. I'm trying this pepperoni bread but in a loaf pan instead..my plan is to cut the dough in half roll it out and incorporate pepperoni and swiss cheese chunks as I roll up. I'm new to this channel. I came upon it on my TH-cam feed with her video telling us about the horrible car accident. She's so sweet and very easy to follow. I wish her my best and hope for a speedy recovery. My condolences to Heather, her family and thier friends for the loss of Matt. Heartbreaking story

So this video is from about 6 years ago. Today (New Year's Day) I decided to try this and it's amazing... I used to make pepperoni rolls with Pillsbury dough and never again will I use Pillsbury. This is so easy to make and well worth it. I made two smaller rolls to fit on my pan. Thanks for the video! 😁👍

Been using your recipe for years. Bringing a broccoli chicken roll to daughter's house for Easter. Smells delicious. Use all your directions but used chicken and broccoli in place of pepperoni and also added parmesan to the filling. Oh, smells so good. Wishing you a blessed Easter
Nice recipe. I have a splash guard with my mixer but do not really use it. In The Philippine Islands we have a spray bottle for olive oil that'd he use to spray the dough. Sometimes we just roll the dough in an oiled bowl. Your idea of using the dehydrator is genius. I add a tablespoon of minced raw garlic to the dough and it gives a great taste too. You are a great homemaker and you are indeed an urban homesteader. Thank you so my hair for sharing. God bless America. Padre+
