Singapore residential property is now overpriced. There is no chance of making money in property investment. Geopolitical tension in this region is rising, and more retrenchment is coming soon. More companies are relocating to other Asean countries.
A lot of high value creation MNCs are moving to Singapore and chose here as their headquarters. Low end manufacturings are relocating always since many years ago. So unlikely the price of private properties will drop unless there is massive and prolonged retrenchment coming.
Every decade always have these minority negative foresights who not even investors themselves..they find negative excuse not to buy,,and choose to spread negativity..since they are typical sour grapes..rent high pty high all enjoyed..government already set price high..not lowering or accepting low baller’s developer bidding..this surely help safeguard us who owned ptys ..we are happy,
