I wish the corporate companies give a break to all employees and make it a wellness hours for all to do something that they like. It’s not only women , men are also impacted. It’s alarming to see such a big rise in numbers.. Time to wakeup and cultivate healthy eating and also the HRs have to make some initiative to keep the employees engaging or change a policy to keep the overall health of the company.. May be a meditation , yoga class or gym which most companies have
