Agree, they should have suspended the license given the fact they filed multiple false cases not only against husband but his family members living in different countries. Highest degree of misuse and abuse of law!

I had filed divorce case thereafter 6 months wife filed 498 As counter blast . No date and time mentioned in the FIR , no specific allegations , 6 months delay in FIR , husband and wife lived only 15 days after marriage . on these grounds Criminal proceedings can be quashed ?
@@JustPunjab yes allegations are general and omnibus in 482 high court observation regarding the same . Allahabad high court already stay for the family 5 members . Husband is not a party in 482 .after quashing of family member we will try for discharge .
I dont think laws for domestic violence should be implemented anymore. Law for dowry harrasment is justified. But domestic violence is something that will always be there in everyone's wedlock. Every spouses ffight with their better half. So there is no meaning of such bogus stupid DV law. Only dowry law is justified

Same situation here. Only 2 Days after marriage. But I’m nri. Wife filled false 498a and DV case.
If no specific allegations or if they are vague or general and implicated others, then there are chances for quashing

@@ankitpachauri7083 punjab High Court says section 482 not maintainable. So we have to go to file writ petition under article 226
