Tracks listed best to worst (in my opinion at least): 1. Disco/Basement. Awesome music and an amazing looking room. 2. Sandbox. Best song in the game and a pretty epic snadcastle to boot. 3. Bedroom. Pretty sweet level with loads of unique obstacles (that bed is a pain). 4. Greenhouse. Just a cool idea for a level with a rather cool song. 5. Secret Level. Finding something hidden feels neat. Pretty normal other than that. 6. Living Room. Mediocre song and needless destruction of a perfectly good television. 7. Attic. Fuck. That. Cat. That is all.
If someone had the time to remaster ALL the tracks in HWSTD, It would be a WORK OF ART. And the music is funky too! Someone would call this “outdated” even though it’s still a really great game to pass time!
I used to play this game nonstop as a kid. With the release of hot wheels unleashed later this year, maybe I can recapture some of that giddy feeling I had playing this as a kid
It's an Easter egg of a level that was planned for inclusion but they ran out of time. I still have no idea what part of the house it was going to be...
I actually had the Hot Wheels computer that came with this game and the steering wheel. I spent so many hours playing this game as a kid. Holy shit it didn't age well
Thank you for posting my childhood. I've been searching for this games name for over 4 years. I finally said... Hey Google... Show me all hot wheels games. Lmao Edit: may I ask... Does this still run on newer comp softwares??
Yes. I torrented a copy a few years back and burned it to a cd rom. Pop it into any Windows PC and boot it up. No install required. These types of games play right off the disc.

I just realized that the Twin Mill is actually based directly off the 1998 release of the 30th anniversary edition, not based on an original redline from 1969. 😭💦
Racing games are so relaxing and I have a racing game for you since you've been playing this game for a while it is called grip racing combat it is kind of like this game but with live ammunition and the Mario kart reference slots basically two slots racing game like this they're fun even so you can pull off the same tricks like this game but different and since you're a hot wheel fan grip racing combat is the game for you
How to unlock all cars: Way 2 fast complete the living room level Power rocket complete the bedroom level Shadow jet complete the greenhouse level Hot wheels 500 complete the attic level Twin mill complete the sandbox level Sol aire Cx-4 do at least 7 flips Slideout do 3-5 barrel rolls Super modified do a barrel roll Radio flyer wagon drive on 2 wheels (hold shift)
Sandbox best track
ALSO WHAT SECRET LEVEL I DIDN'T KNOW THAT
You are an ABSOLUTE LEGEND if you can beat Championship Mode with a gold medal and max stunt points on EVERY TRACK.
This game was definitely part of my childhood
And without crashing at all, to make it even more of a challenge
Wow the nostalgia
6:43 aw man this track was always my favorite when I was a kid
I played this game nearly everyday growing up. I had NO idea that secret level existed.
Funny story. My brother and i were fighting over the mouse and we accidentally clicked on it and freaked out when the music started playing

Mom took away your Hot Wheels and grounded you for number 6.
Uh what? I'm just pointing out how much of an annoyance that cat is.
Flaminstarwarsguy851 agree on the attic one, every time that cat slaps my car I get so pissed because I always end up crashing
@@Technerd96 That cat was the bane of six year old me's existence.
bed makes you do a perfect flip, just land upright on the bed and you will not crash
I remember playing this when i was in first grade, so much fun haha

I agree.
"Um sir the graphics r so outdated" 🤓
Memories of playing on the sandbox track while eating hot wheels fruit snacks. Good days 😍
I used to play this game nonstop as a kid. With the release of hot wheels unleashed later this year, maybe I can recapture some of that giddy feeling I had playing this as a kid
2:18 me when my tv dosent work:
So many days, I'd sit in front of my grandma's Windows ME shitbox, and sit and play this game for hours on end.
As a kid, I always wanted to have a neon gameroom basement just like the one in this game.
The secret level is like someone got lazy and put the level in when they were supposed to finish it!
It's an Easter egg of a level that was planned for inclusion but they ran out of time. I still have no idea what part of the house it was going to be...
It was supposed to be a snow level
@@Framed_Niner that explains a lot.
If this game were released today.. with multiplayer.. it'd be huge :L
It's not add this game yet
I remember playing this in elementary school and it was the coolest game ever.
@Ilham Not since elementary school but I do plan on buying the newest HotWheels game for Xbox… it’s actually what reminded me about this one.
I love the Twin Mill in this game!!!🏎👍😁🤩💛
Good god that intro. I wish that truck would just pull up to my driveway and drop off all that stuff
Broke: Mario Kart 64
Woke: Hot Wheels Stunt Track Driver
The Twin Mill was my favorite hot wheels models.
Same tho
I was always partial to Way Two Fast. I just love hot rods
If I had seen the alien planet level as a kid, I would've freaked out. Too bad my brother threw the disc in the shredder before then lmao
I remember watching gameplay videos of these when I was in 3rd grade, good times.
Shit dude I played this game when I was 8
I actually had the Hot Wheels computer that came with this game and the steering wheel. I spent so many hours playing this game as a kid. Holy shit it didn't age well
The spiritual predecessor to Hot Wheels Unleashed.
Used to beg my grandpa to let me play this on their widows pc man was it a blast
Does he own the Hot Wheels company?
This is really nostalgic I still have my copy in a cd slip since I lost my case to it
the last corner of the game room always messes me up
This brings back so many memories

@@metallicarabbit nice! I'll give it a search. Thanks friend.

Wow it's been so long since I've seen this it's like the memories are erased
wish this had a remake
try putting the intro to 1.5x speed. Rock on, dudes!
How i imagined hot wheels tracks when I was 10
I'm assuming the house is supposed to be in Florida on a beachfront or Myrtle Beach in South Carolina.
Twin mill is the best at doing stunts
I grew up on this game.
The third track has the best theme, hands down.
