About the dilemma of Warframe builds: That is honestly true. People are more likely to just skip to the build part, and mostly ignore what I am about to say, mods aren't the main thing in my builds, but mechanics and what type of setups I used, to achieve them. Though I am able to immediately understand what kind of build that is used on the battacor by just looking at the stat screen, but this is exactly what most Warframe players lack, and it kinda just makes a lot of Warframe players become...mindless.
to be fair, the game does a poor job of teaching players how to mod or just how the modding system works in general. we need a proper tutorial that gives players the confidence to experiment on their own instead of what we do now and just copying others due to that lack of foundational knowledge. also the Codex _really_ should just tell us where unowned mods are and what they do to incentivize target farming them. not to say what you've said is untrue, a lot of players are very deliberate in just copying builds (even im guilty of it) but i still believe it can be partially mitigated with better ingame tutorials
Once you get past the point of learning to mod for damage and start modding also for utility is why I love Sci-Fi and Amolistics content. You guys definitely have some game changing/playstyle experience that is often overlooked in general builds.keep up the informative info and people will eventually catch on and hopefully we will start seeing more diverse loadouts and frame usage from the playerbase
I really like your philosophy of making people think of the mechanics of of damage modding. I have come to rely on many TH-camr builds but I know little of how these damage types function and how different weapons apply them. I have started to experiment with some weapons recently without relying on Overframe or TH-camr outside of learning mechanics
This was very helpful and I'm glad to see someone who is using limbo because as a limbo player I sometimes feel lonely (Side I found your channel though your video called life of a limbo main)
for short for what i have seen, the build is crit, crit dmg, use 60/60 status and multishot, you can use sentient barrage and galvanized aptitude and of course the arcanes he said works
Battacor is my favorite weapon, especially for Limbo. I have a riven with crit chance and crit damage riven. With it's uniqe mod, i can do the typical rift surge cycle, then just 2 special shots will kill everything in the clump
@@Sci-Fi_Freak_YT battacor alt fire augment breaks with the setting on, if you hold it down unfortunately it will not recharge on the second hit I've posted a report some time ago so i hope it's fixed!
Ngl the show the build brain rot must stop cause most ppl this days don't want to experiment with builds and those that do get shit on because why aren't u using the meta why are you using x y z I remember I had showed to ppl a build for my Corinth that basically made it into a grenade launcher but when ppl tryed it they said the couldn't. I feel like we need more set up vids rather than build vids plus I might give the battacor another shot .
Not showing the build in the video is the most chad moves i ever seen in wf community content creation. Also i would like to say that build is not the terms if you want to use other methods to boost some weapons or warframe, but rather call it a setup instead to further incentives using other options and explore the vast arsenal of warframe has to offer.
Blast is incredibly overrated no idea why would anyone use it it just does absolutely nothing outside of saryn/zephyr/melee influence so just all stuff that are already op. It's nothing meta changing it's in same place as gas where it is BETTER THAN IT WAS but its nothing amazing. Viral and corrosive are still best elements to use even tho update was supposed to change that and make other elements more competitive. It didn't.
@@Huh-0.1 corrosive is actually worse after the update because it lost the multiplicative bonus against armor due to the hp changes. Blast is also fantastic so long as you have an addative bonus to boost it.
@@Sci-Fi_Freak_YT Who cares about damage bonus after every single enemy is paper now tho? Nobody cares about it now, nobody cared about it before armor changes either. Depends on the weapon and you understanding how blast works rn, some weapons are great for blast others are trash, if the weapon isn't capable of putting a lot of instances in a very los time blast will be trash, bean weapons rn are great for blast definetly better than viral

I blame revenant and knightmareframe
Considering most warframe players run revenant with torid...what do u expect?
Small piece of trivia, the Battacor was the first weapon in warframe to get the charge alt fire by kills mechanic.

Not a bad video, but it is heavily padded out... I dont mean that to be entirely a negative way.
That’s fair, I tend to suck at pacing my videos at times. Mainly because I try to approach videos more slowly when explaining things.
