very BAD advice !! No need for another car. Just connect a a tiny powerpack (ones used to recharge your mobile) to the connectors at front, and start the prius. That needs very little power, as the ICE engine is not thrown on. It only needs to power the computer of the prius, that then connects the big battery to keep up voltage of small one, at 13.8V. I have done it quite a few times and works like a charm.
