Very to the point. For fresh graduates, would just add that if you don't have work experience, focus on your skillset, degree, language skills, relevant coursework and anything else you developed while at university. Basically, focus on all the things that you already have. Good employers just want to see that you have the attitude and foundational skillset to develop your skills further at their company, not work experience. Thanks for the video!

I went to a top business school and have half a decade of experience working for blue chip companies 4. *I’ve been given the advice by some corporate operatives that I could still somehow secure a role at a top company even if I’ve been unemployed for half a dozen years* *Is it discrimination? Is it bias because there is money involved? I would just like to know what is going on as I’m being forced to retire early abroad/take a career break in the summer*..

Go to Home, above paragraph, you will see the numbering option or dots option and other options, and if you already wrote your list you can just highlight it with the mouse (Left click) and choose what you want from the options (Dots for example). Select picture in front of the text . I had the same issue in office 2023 I googled it and I finally figured it out. Also one significant note is that it should not be in compatibility mode.

You really enlightened me on how to create my own resume on MS Word with my outdated 2010 Ms on Windows 8, so I can't add any icons. Besides that, everything works for me.
The solution to "trouble with adding picture" is after inserting picture, do right click on inserted picture then go to "wrap text"> "In front of text". And then you can adjust picture.
