Always check the temple resume is for the correct country. Example including a foto might get your resume trushed or even deleted for legal reasons depending on the country.
I also used to think that picture isn’t recommended coz of racism body shaming etc., but from experience I came to know that professionals always includes their pictures and it’s always recommended to include picture but keep in mind pictures should be with white or blue background according to regions acceptability of background color
Actually there is not a specific rule of not using a picture but as it has been mentioned above, people fall in the trap of halo effect and may judge you

Good video on using templates in Word but my concern is that the hiring manager may only see 1% of the resumes once the AI engine has "digested" and "spit out" only the resumes with the keywords it deems to best suited for the job. Any suggestions on how to focus on keywords?

I typed equations in regular font, but after closing and reopening the document, I noticed that most of the equations became bold. I changed them to regular and saved them before closing. Unfortunately, when I reopened the document, I found that they had become bold again. How can I resolve this issue? Please let me know. I appreciate your help.
Oh my, none of these resume formats will pass through the very complex ATS format. The interview rate will be dramatically decreased by using these formats. However, these are good visuals to leave with an interviewer when leaving the interview as a memorable moment. I hope no one expects to generate interviews from thes vastly outdate designs.

Sometimes employers want to hire me based on my looks and then want to date me and I reject their advances. I'm sick and tired of being exploited just for being good-looking. You can't believe how many nasty men offered me a job to sleep with me and I rejected their advances. It is brutal. 😢 Last term, my former math instructor made inappropriate comments about me to the entire class about my most personal matters that people have no business knowing just because he was infatuated with me. I felt mortified. 😢😢 I get harassed a lot.
if you are in design career then photo is ok but for technical , try not to put photo because techincal employers check skills not design or photo in resume. hope it helps
Hi, we advise not to include a photo on your resume unless you are residing/working in a country where it is customary to do so (some countries also expect you to include your marital status). In general, you should not include a photo as it is unnecessary and could lead to unconscious bias from a prospective employer. In the UK for example, it is illegal to base your hiring decisions on looks, gender, race etc. and I've worked with employers in the past who simply won't look at a resume with a photo so that if they make a decision not to hire you, they can't be accused of basing that decision on anything other than your actual suitability for the role based on the information on your resume and nothing else. In saying that, it is a great video for professions where it might be appropriate to use a photo 🙂 Hope that helps! - Em

I worked in recruitment it can hurt you. You are judged.
