Very good Hung Gar staff form, Shifu Yee is one of the very few Shifu's that does the Hung Gar weapons and the Ng Ying Kune Pai/ Five Animal style correctly

WOW!!! I can't believe that with all the videos on youtube about the 8 diagram staff you don't know what this is???? Do a LITTLE research before you comment PLEASE!!! This is a STAFF form using SPEAR movements. It is old as the hills. FYI!!
