Nice man, I'm running the G3 with the straight-cut gears and the 105mm pulley on my 2020 GT Manual. Currently 870whp with a Fore fuel system and E85. Ran the G2 prior before ESS blew up. Setup looks good.
Appreciate it, the only thing I would of change is going with the straight cut gears. Funny enough I actually watched your videos while waiting for my kit to come in lol love the build! Next year my goal is to go with a fore system and e.
I got mine installed, I see you got JLT on there closed can. I don't have any catch can on mine but forums say go both PCV to a vented can and plug the IM inlet. are you getting any blowby in that can ? have you pulled the PCV off driver side and checked for oil? I pulled both of mine off and both are dry. Reason I ask is cause I don't want to waste money, the open breather style is the only way you're gonna relieve crank pressure be the only reason I'd get one
From my experience even non-sc coyotes get blowby on the passenger side. When you took off your manifold did you inspect if there was oil in there? You'll usually find some. In my setup I 100% do get blowby. I dump it out every oil change. It gets to about 15% percent full. Heres my suggestion, you've already dropped 7k+ on the sc get the catch can and prevent oil from getting into your manifold. At best it prevents oil from going in at worst it does nothing. Cheap insurance in my opinion.
@@joshgt5049 I didn't have to take the IM off for the kit but my throttle body was clean, both PCV are also bone dry driver and passenger. These cars are direct and port injected I'm not really worried about the oil more worried about the crankcase pressure under boost.
I'm running the same setup only I have the 105mm pulley on mine. Was going to pulley down in the winter but decided to leave it where its at. 870whp is plenty enough for a street car. lol
This is a PP1 car so it came with the upgraded radiator from Ford. If it’s similar in size to that one I don’t see a problem. I would say it gets pretty tight where the piping leads up to the throttlebody.
Looks awesome man, GREAT job! I'm thinking of doing the same one, my only question is, how's cleaning or replacing the air filter? Do you have to take off the front bumper or you have to disassemble the intake to take It out? Been wanting to see regular Joe's doi G this job to see how hard of an install it is and like you I've never done anything crazy like this, just brake jobs, oil changes and suspension so thank you for your video bro!
Appreciate the support! The air filter is not hard to get to, take off the driver side wheel and remove the push pins for the wheel well splashguard and you get access to the filter. You should definetly give this a shot, there's hardly anything you could really do to mess anything up. What I did is just follow the instructions they come with, take my time and made sure to double check my work once everything was buttoned up. I'd plan at least one weekend to get this done. Nothing was difficult with the install, I have no doubt you can do this.
You can do either but personally I just did a BAP only because I didn't feel like taking out the fuel pump. I also installed some ID 1050x injectors but you can easily run smaller injectors. The reason I went with the bigger injectors is because I plan on running e85 in the future.
I ordered a g3 for my 10 speed last week i cant wait
Congrats, its an awesome simple kit!

How much boost were you seeing ?

I'm leaning towards this setup. Or kraftwetks but most likely gonna go with ess.
Its been about 1 year with this setup and no issues at all. Still running strong!

Your blow off valve is on the wrong side. Supposed to be installed on the drivers side.
Appreciate the heads up, looks like I know what I’m doing this weekend 😂
@@joshgt5049 no worries! I imagine it might be a little more kind to your maf, maybe a little better driveability, otherwise probably negligible.
Got the G3 w/ a fuel system on a 110 pulley on E85
I know that thing pulls! I'm planning on doing the same thing a year from now. What setup did you go with? I'm looking at the fore fuel systems

How much horsepower did you make , I’m thinking of going g3 as well with the 110 on my 10speed 2019 CS
@@Sabotfit5oh 870 on 105 Jesus 😍😅😅 I’m guessing 820 or so on the 110 pulley

Hey Josh, Do you get the blow off valve noises when downshifting with the paddles? Thanks!
You can hear it slightly but it’s not noticeable if you aren’t hearing for it. If you want that sound to really be noticeable get the Tial Q BOV.
do you think you could fit a larger upgraded radiator like a mishimoto woth this kit?

How’s it going with the build ?
I haven't changed anything else with the vehicle since adding the supercharger. So far everything has been working great!
Can you do a video of the super charger under accel and at idle thanks bro sweet frickin car 😅
Yeah of course, I'll try and get a vid soon!
@@joshgt5049 sick😁
When I install it do I tune it before I turn it on?
Yes, do that before you turn it on.
Who did your tuning
I used Lund racing for the tune. They were quick with revisions. I’d recommend them if you want a quick turnaround. Car drives well no weird shifts.
you should get more involved with tiktok! i really think you can have a nice crowd with this set up. are you tuned by that company also?
Great idea! I have an account there but I hardly ever post, I'll look into it more though. I'm currently tuned by Lund.

Are you running free flowing LT headers?
The headers are catted longtubes from stainless power. They say the cats are hiflow.
Did you do opgs on this car?
Yes, I went ahead and got that done before the supercharger. There's alot of debate about this but I thought it was worth it.

120mm It's what ESS recommended on 93.
