I have so many pictures of Prince Philip and that’s how I paid tribute to him on the 3rd month anniversary of when he died and I didn’t tell my family because they wouldn’t care about it except my dad’s family will. I just wanted to pick up on this because Prince Philip was actually the Great-Grandson of Princess Alice (the daughter of Queen Victoria). His Grandmother The Marchioness of Milford Haven was the sister of the Tsarina of Russia. His Mother was born in Windsor Castle. Even though he was born in Corfu, he was no stranger to the UK.

Look at what's right in front of your face. Where is the gilded gold and glass carriage, the team of white horses that should be carrying Phillip to the church for his funeral? Why was he hauled over there in the back of a pickup truck? Why weren't the royals really allowed to wear their uniforms? Why is a flag with Philip's family crest draping the coffin and not the Union Jack? And why is it thrown haphazardly over the coffin and not attached square and tight out of respect? Because Prince Phillip was the former leader of the Illuminati. Because the royals, except perhaps for Harry, have been hoisted upon their Satanist Deep State petards by the Alliance/British Gov't white hats for treason and crimes against humanity. The Cabal is coming down.

@@sbtopjosh4098 My guess is that in a way, she (the Queen) perhaps welcomed it and had come to grips with it. I remember when my grandfather died he sort of was at a stage where he welcomed death (he was not in the best of shape, was 81 years old, and my grandmother -- his wife -- had died ten years earlier almost to the day, and I could tell in the last few weeks leading up to his death, he was ready and sort of welcomed it. Although in regards to the queen, I do remember the clips from 2021 (Christmas) and she seemed much healthier in those clips than she had been in recent months/weeks leading up to her death so my guess is that her health must have declined significantly over the past 8 months.
And granted while life isn't necessarily a race, it's got to be a bit disappointing when you reach the old age of 99 and pass away, thinking if only you could have lived a little longer to hit triple digits..... but they both lived long lives, longer than the average person (not many get to their 90's and certainly their late 90's).

Seeing the Queen sitting alone, which by the way she insisted upon as she didn’t want to be treated any differently to how others were who had to endure funerals during covid. I’m not sure if it was mentioned here but the simple flowers on the coffin just read “lilabet” his pet name for her. The black carriage with the ponies were one of his biggest loves. His flat cap and the little plastic tub of sugar cubes were so touching & really showed how simple he was. Xx

It is, for a lot of us Brits, comforting to know that regardless of who's PM, there's a head of state (with pretty much zero.powers) who can counsel and advise the PM through crissis. Someone who has been there, done it, and got the t-shirt already. Rather than having s total newbie at the helm as most non monarchies do.

I’m glad I’m still alive today because of Woody.EXE and he wants his Queen alive and well.

CORRECTION for the commentator at 11.10 The lady with her son and daughter who bowed to the passing coffin was Sophie, Countess of Wessex with her children who are Philip's youngest grandchildren. They grew up and still live at Bagshot not very far from the castle, and spent a lot of time with their grandparents, also riding with the Queen and carriage riding with Philip.

As the commentator didn't mention it and for anyone curious, the lead party right at the start of the procession also contained Mr. Peter Philips, son of the Princess Royal and her 1st husband Captain Mark Philips. Peter is the eldest grandchild of the Queen and D of E. He was positioned between William and Harry. Also present was Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence, the Princess Royal's 2nd husband. Next to him was Lord David Linley, 2nd Earl of Snowden. Son of the late Princess Margaret and the late Earl Snowden, David Armstrong-Jones, and nephew to the Queen.

But seriously- who the hell is the guy calling Windsor "a large complex". Of course it's large- it's a fortress that has stood for centuries!

And I went horse riding to mark one month since he died and I wanted to cry. And I did cry because I got so frustrated with my friends beloved horse Bella and I think my friends knew the grief was really affecting me. I thought May 9th wasn’t a day to go riding but I did anyway but I was still in mourning for Prince Philip and it wasn’t the right time. 4 months after we lost Prince Philip, my friends horse dies. WHY 2021!

Prince Philip and the Queen first met in 1939. They've known each other for over 80 years, and spent 73 years of those married.
Prince Philip didn't have an easy start in the family due to his German heritage, but he stood by QE2 all those decades.
I cannot and don't want to imagine the loss the Queen must have felt. Her last Christmas announcement, where she spoke so fondly of him, ugh, the feels, especially seeing her all alone in the pew. She might have been privileged, a Queen, but in that moment, she was 'just a grieving widow'.

I would like to see Prince Philip live at least a year longer, so he could live to see both the Queen's platinum jubilee, and their two excepted great-grandchildren Lilibet (born 2 June 2021; barely a week before the day Philip should become a centenarian if living) and Princess Beatrice's daughter (born 18 September the same year).
Just 17 months later, even the Queen died. :(
Rest in peace, both Prince Philip and Elizabeth II!

ANOTHER CORRECTION. At 12:10 that is not the Archbishop of Canterbury who greets the Queen at the Galilee Porch of St George's Chapel. It is David Conner, Dean of Windsor. He also officiated at the 2018 weddings of Prince Harry & Meghan Markle and also Princess Eugenie & Jack Brooksbank. He is preceded by his Verger

    • @RabidNemo

To be fair I think these are American commentators who were misinformed and I actually thought it was the archbishop of Canterbury as well even after looking up a picture of him.
