I honestly love her theme. It expresses so much for a Stage 1 boss The aggressive guitar parts remind you of what she really is (an unborn baby, that's dark), and the whimsical synthesizer represents her personality in spite of that.
The title is a refernce to the subject she is based on. Jelly comes from her design being based on the jellyfish, and the fact that she is born "without any bones". Stone is a reference to her ability in ehich unborn children who are sent to hell must stack up and balance stones in order to escape.
