I think you need to level the swash to the frame and not the the table, most likely the swash isn't 100% level to the frame and that is the reason why it is drifting back.
You should never be using elevator, aleron trim, any trim on a modern FBL unit. NEVER! Your swash late is not square to the main shaft, or your CG is quite badly off. Sort that, and you'll be good!
