    thank you so much. ive struggled with panic disorder my whole life and for the first time i experienced the feeling of you are dying i sat down and turned this on and by the end i was okay.

    Where you said "maybe you need more time with friends and family, that made me almost shed a tear since it's been 7 months since I have been with allot of my friends. that's propably one of the thing that can help me solve the anxeity issue

    This was a great meditation video. I get anxious and build a lot of tension in my chest. The belly breathing was perfect to help unwind myself before I study ❤

      It's definitely an annoyance but the people who post aren't running the adds unfortunately Utube is.
      They claim it is too keep it free.
      But definitely messes with your ability to relax when an add disrupts your almost calm state of mind. Then back to the beginning trying to regain control of our anxiety. Please Utube have some consideration. 😵‍💫

    Very nice! I love your voice - it's very comforting and pleasant. I like the concept of tightening then relaxing the parts of the body; that seems to promote more focus than simply just thinking about them. Those provocative key words were epiphanal for me; when you said "pressure" - I felt some kind of shift and realization, and got a little misty. When I was a little kid, my birth father put abusive pressure on me to learn things quickly; this has plagued me my entire life. Thank you for this recording!

      I'm not a fan of ads, but they come with the territory if you use free TH-cam. Paid memberships are ad free. Beyond a few seconds you can still hit the skip ads button on the lower right with free TH-cam. I guess they have to make money somehow..... 🙂

      Definitely. The ad gave me a massive fright and triggered my anxiety and I lost the calm moment I was in with breathing listening to the speaker 😖😫

    I'm trying to get rid of anxiety because it is causing me insomnia. Then she says that I should get more sleep. Well, duh. I couldn't finish it. It just made me more anxious.

      Insomnia a symptom of anxiety, microdosing on shrooms have been effective in taking care of my anxiety. Look up albovegateway he has great cbd products that help.

    I had to own up to a mistake I've made at work, and I've been really stressed about getting fired over it. Hopefully it goes well, but if it doesn't, then I will still be ok. Life moves on, there will be other opportunities.

    Ummm I really felt i was gonna explode. My jaw hurt like hell and, while this didn't take all the anxiety away, it decreased greatly. I can feel much more relaxed and not as If I was under a hydraulic press lol.

    Oh wow Psych Hub, putting an extra loud commercial in the middle of the meditation shame on your greedy money making. You took my anxiety and changed it into a full a full blown panic . How could anyone possible concentrate after that, I was on edge and had to turn it off.
