Madam... very informative video. I am 53 and was weighing 98 kgs.... as u say with consistency of walking 15000 steps I have reduced to 85 kgs now even during and after menopause. Another point is I maintain 12 hours fasting window from5.30 pm to morning 5.30 am though I eat a very normal diet. This has greatly help reduce acidity which I was suffering from. Just thought of sharing as it might help some viewer. 15 k steps may seem tooo much but 1hr walking in the morning and 20 mins during afternoon and 40 mins in the evening easily help me reach the target. I live in a 3 bhk and walk around the house only as madam suggested. So rightly said consistency and will power is the key. Again many times I have gained back what I lost but I still continue. My target is to reach around 78 kgs as I am 5'8" tall .
