Example of low skill manufacturing (inclusive) food processing industry Textile and garments (jeans)Leather 2) We need to balance our needs - we have priority sectors like defence , electronics , ports/shipping manufacturing in which we need self sufficiency , so this may get preference over inclusiveness factor.Also in these two sectors we do not have high scale capacity despite having huge market, so these sectors are chosen on different parameters than ->Available resources and skilled manpower->Potential to be in top 10.3) Construction sector ---> not tradable/exportable but since India needs huge investments in transport ,infra and connectivity , this should be a priority sector and possibly driven by domestic companies in cement , steel , locomotives, construction equipment etc.We need MADE IN INDIA - for some priority sectors(Defence ,electronics, AGRO industries ,Construction) to complement MAKE IN INDIA.
