There is a big flaw in the expenditure method, government employees get salaries and same is spent for consumption expenditure and investment expenditure, in the government expenditure employees salaries included again this is double counting and government borrowers money to meet fiscal deficit this money also counted in government expenditure.

sir , at 13:58min you say that if he buys house that is not considered as a private expenditure while a purchased car is considered .but both are final product why not consider new house like a new car why consider the new house as investment .

National disposable income = NNP(MP) + current transfer....
BUT NNP (MP) =GNP - Depriciation ....and GNP itself = GDP+ Income from abroad
so NNP= GDP+Income from Abroad - depriciation .......it itself is considering income from abroad.....is not income from abroad and current transfer the same things.
+anvit agarwal income from abroad here refers to import and export
Tranfers majorly refers remittances donations and gifts.Remember L3/P1

But all the pension money may not be converted into expenditure/consumption.
so the leftover pension money won't get counted??
