So I have seen all of these wonderful youtube mechanics typing their excuses away on this one. So let me break this down for a few of y’all. 1. The Z06 won by a large margin when in the race where both drivers hit the throttle at the same time. Bigger displacement does not make any sort of excuse. 1.2L of displacing is natural when you arrange a LS vs Coyote. 2. The LS motor is cheaper, which makes it easier to throw money at. 3. The coyote has oil pump gears which means he had to have head studs/guides as well depending on PSI he chooses to use. 4. Running nitrous does NOT require opening the motor compared to what some of you internet mechanics may think. The mustang lost. Which, this should not be a surprise. Mustangs are not in the same league as vettes. You win some, you lose some.
Vette has everything also ported blower open motor cam and nitrous Pulleys fbo port injection ice box etc. while coyote has a basic stock motor boost only

Space under the hood is the largest determining factor for the most part. Turbos require more space for the charge pipes from the turbos to the cooler then to the throttle body. Vettes just don’t have much room under the hood not easily at least✌️

Be easy on me I'm not really knowledgeable on cars, but why do most Chevy's I see in vids like this run supercharger and not twin turbos?
Space under the hood is the largest determining factor for the most part. Turbos require more space for the charge pipes from the turbos to the cooler then to the throttle body. Vettes just don’t have much room under the hood not easily at least✌️

@@GaayJuIesCheapGarageLOL yes he’s single turbo with 5in exit I believe but he has had to custom fab work (especially the radiator to make it all fit, twins are even harder. Watch what Justin white has to say on this very subject in his interview with street alpha podcast. His car is well built and definitely one of my favorite c5z’s out there .
