I wouldnt be in a rush to pay the student loans off. The uk student loans are very different to the US. Once you graduate and start earning you pay a 9% of any money you earn over 25000. The amount you owe does not change the payment amount. The whole loan amount then gets written off after 30 years. They are more like a graduate tax. They also dont effect ypur credit score. The only thing is that the amount going out each month is taken into consideration when they do your affordability check.
I would prioritise the house deposit and then paying off thar mortgage as quickly as you can after that.
Agree with all, plus would create sinking funds - for clothing, bday, Xmas etc … small amount each month

I don’t believe it’s illegal to give BUDGETING advice. Budgeting isn’t considered financial advice for the legal rule, I believe that means investments. “Save more money here or there” is perfectly allowed.

The person who's sent this to you. is that their total after tax and NI? or their total before tax and NI?
I thought you did a good job with this Budget Bestie based on the information you had. There are questions I have, such as if their student loan is gaining interest. If it is, I would save to pay that off as soon as possible, since it isn't really high, and continue to save for the other things you proposed.
In the U.S., the average student loan is usually five figures or more, so 3000 isn't bad, but I would want to get rid of it ASAP.😉
