I do the exact same ritual... but I also add a small inhale of marijuana and have a bluetooth speaker in the room playing tibetan bowls or whatever my higher self is asking for. Before I step in, I like to give myself a sage bath and exit all things that I'm letting go of from my feet as a sign of respect for the love and light I'm stepping into. My baths usually last around 2 hours, filled with deep (whale) breathing and divine vibrance of light (I also like to use various colors of candles for each chakra) Its helped me in clearing, healing, manifesting and so much more. It's my all time favorite self love care. Thank you for sharing your love and light so that others may experience it too! Now I need to go and run my bath :)

I use candles, sea salt and flower essences. I have not used crystals. I have wondered if they would be effected by the sea salt. Have now learned something new - Thank you and Nameste

Hey Liz, the main difference is that Epsom salts are just magnesium... Epsom salts are great for physical detox and reducing swelling... Sea salts are my preference for spiritual cleansing... But you can use them together as well!
Also, Palo Santo is a closed practice by the Hispanics and Latinx. Of you aren't one of those, please don't use it. I don't like to assume but thought I'd put that out there
🙏📩😇 This recipe sounds wonderful , I like the cleansing salts with lavender, for some reason I thought you were not suppose to add the essential oils with the cleansing salts. The crustals are very enlightening I will have to add this!
