Another reason why this energy cleansing process is so powerful is that it leverages the power of Water!
Water has incredible cleansing properties. When you tune into the energy of water and its properties of flow, cleansing, rejuvenating energy... With awareness, you can use it to cleanse your etheric energy and release negativity and dense energy.
But then... Take the cleansing power of water a step further, by infusing it with light and clear intention to cleanse and uplift your entire being.

Was not aware other people did this too! I visualize a stream of rainbow light coming down from my crown chakra and washing inside and over my while body, clearing away any negative energy or attachments . While I do it I think or say out loud " I ask for all my highest ascended masters, arch angels, guides and medic team to please assist me in cleansing my energy field, open my higher heart chakra so that I speak out of love to all I come in contact with today . Please surround me in the white light of the holy spirit and the purple violet flame of love, seal and protect me from any negative energy or attachments, all of this I ask and so be it" and then in the salt bath I get as much of me in the water as possible and close my eyes and visualize any energy or attachments not of the highest love and light dissolving into the water and washing down the drain. I usually also put my crystals in the tub with me to energize the water. 😍 I love your videos! Please keep sharing !

i had negative energy on me. i was thinking of ways how to clean my negative energy. i pray to God i listen to meditation music but that negative energy was very stubborn. today i decided to take a shower with salt mixed with soap. in the beginning i was scared but im happy i actually did it. my aura never felt cleaner like now. i can feel it in my Body. i thank God that i did what i did today. i was suffering from negative energy around my aura for very long time and i had a lot of hardship in my life. but negative energies are scared from detox. from a clean aura and they go away. Thank you God for showing me the way to set my self free. i love salt. Namaste. must add. while showering i started yawning. and after the shower too.
I’m currently going through the same thing you went through, I have had a spirit attached to me since I was five (currently 14) I’m about to try this tonight and hope that this spirit leaves me alone. Seeing this comment really gave me hope!!
I have done something like it for years. But it is with negative energy. John Edwards taught it. While you in the shower see your self being covered with deep dark black ash, soap up normally and when you rinse see all the dark black soot running off your body and down the drain with the water and rinse until the water is clean. Tonight I will cleanse my Aura and energy field to. Thanks for information.

I added the salt in the four corners of the shower, I wasn't sure how that may feel but after I was done I can notice the difference, it was so much more refreshing and I must say this really works! 💌Love and Light!👃
Yes! In 2016 I combined two classes with this. In my shower I made it a healing chamber, that also cleanses the drain and below, sending out white light to Gaia.

I unwind my chakras and then with the hand held shower ...
Focus the stream of water and light energy into that specific chakra until clear. Both front and back of chakra...for those that have that aspect.
(Not root or crown)
Using intention and prayer to direct and co-create maximized effectiveness.
Filling each chakra then with the corresponding COLOR specific to that chakra 🌈

Before....
Resealing each chakra after cleansing’s complete and before moving
onto the next chakra.
You can concentrate on the major seven chakras or also include...
EarthStar chakra below feet (primarily using intension focus and awareness through simple recognition and acknowledgement)
Feet chakras.
Knee chakras.
Hip chakras.
Etc....
Going upward to SoulStar chakra above head 8th chakra. (Again mostly with intension but if the shower head is high enough then use it as well.)
Another level of frequency I also incorporate is sound. 🗣
By chanting the seed BIJA’S for each chakra. The Sanskrit Seed Sound. Toning them in an ascending scale as you go up from base to crown chakras and above...
Lam- root
Vam- sacral
Ram- solar plexus
Yam- heart
Ham- throat
OM- brow
A- Crown
U- to
M- I AM presence...
The Hindu chakra banners include these Sanskrit symbols on them but only go up to the brow chakra stopping with OM.
I include the AUM toning emphasizing a different ascending note progression for each letter in Toning...building to the highest note at a crescendo at the I AM presence.
Repeating this toning process 4 times.
(The shower makes a wonderful acoustic sound chamber to amplify the effects of toning!)
That’s why singing in the shower is popular...
When finished in the shower sealing your energy body....
Auric field....
Luminous Light Body...
In a LIGHT bubble of SOURCE ENERGY around your physical body then asking that the bubbles outer finish be turned into a brilliantly polished mirror !
Setting the intension that this “MIRRORED” finish will not let penetrate anything that is less than True Christ Consciousness (or what ever parameter you set as the lowest standard of energy) to permeate into your field of energy.
Then as your are drying your physical vessel...
Imagine that with the Towel you are actually buffing and polishing that mirrored finish on the outside of your energy field. Applying liberal amounts of GRATITUDE as a buffing rouge or polishing compound as well.

We do a very similar cleansing ritual with water before each of the 5 daily islamic prayers which had incredible effects in helping focus on the prayer. Also a mandatory bathe to purify from all earthly conducts and to reset with a pure soul. Good for you to explain this method to all who watch you!

This is very powerful. I’ve worked with a Kichwan shaman who linked this kind of water cleansing work with Mother Earth (Patcha Mama). So I not only visualize the light from above but also the light from Mother Earth. Up thru the lower chakras to the heart. And light from above from the crown to the heart chakra. And, importantly thank and bless the water. There are also practices with air, earth and fire that complement water cleansing. Thanks so much Melanie. Bless you!

It's very real and refreshing. Bathroom is a very important place in our home that if only we could align and open up to the energies of water while taking our bath, we would cleanse away most forms of ill health at its budding stage and stay healthy and energized always.

I had heavy thoughts a few days ago and they were about an ex partner. It came out of nowhere, I didn't realize that kind of thing could block me that intensely. I reached out to a lady who knew what I was experiencing and she said I needed to cleanse my auric field and that's why I had heaviness. I also experienced other blockages in my shoulders too. That’s very useful on a daily basis as shower becomes a sacred space, added with water 💦 is a powerful tool to cleansed everything, from body, spirit and Aura. I like to add lemon 🍋 or roses 🌹 or vanilla to add a sense of happiness, purity and sweetness during the shower time.
But I will try now to focus on releasing energy which needs to leave mine.

Yes!!! I do practice this in a similar way, my boyfriend has never understood my rituals but after hearing this and how I always prepare my bathroom for my relax time, and that I light candles and Palo Santo, sometimes play music sometimes silence and get lost in the sound of the shower...it comforting to know my actions are validated

Thank you, Melanie. As always this was great information. I do a good portion of this in the shower, and use a homemade salt scrub with blessed essential oils and baking soda for that extra kick, but have not thought to set the space like I normally would for a ritual salt bath. I'm not sure why, other than showers at times are more rushed for various reasons. You've taught me that it is important to take that time to do "spiritual hygiene" and that the few minutes it takes to start and complete a ritual is important. Please continue to share your daily spiritual rituals and practices. This is something I have been working a lot more on lately to lift myself higher into the light and raise my vibration. 💌 That sounds really refreshing and cleansing to do a salt scrub with baking doda and essential oils. I love taking my morning lemon water drink into the shower and drinking while I do a lemon water rinse on my hair, esp. in the Spring time, a energy reset!

The shower is a favorite time to listen to my angels. I feel the water increases the channel to hear them more clearly.

Great one. Yes - I learned of this a little while ago and realized I have been intrinsically doing this for years. My husband always wondered why I “dance in the shower” when rinsing each arm or leg. Think of a ballerina flowing her arm up and then down. 😀
Wow I’m so glad I found this video. For some reason I was taking a shower one day and I decided that I was going to visualize white light coming out of the sprinkler cleaning me as I was cleaning myself. Thats so cool that I’m picking up on things. Love this channel always!
