    በጣም የቆየ ሳይንስ ነው የምታወሩት አለም አሁን ሳይንሱ ተቀይሯል ከኢንተርቪ በፊት ትንሽ አንብበሽ ብትዘጋጂ ጥሩ ነበር ።አሁን ስኳር በሽታ፣ደም ብዛት፣ኮሎስትሮ even cancer reverse እየተደረገ ነው።ትንሽ ketogenic diet እድትመለከቺ እጋብዝሻለሁ ።አሁን በምታወሩት ለብዙ አመት ሲሰራበት የቆየ ነው አሁን ጥናቱ አይሰራም ።

    How about keto diet and harmful carbs?
    There is no one way that fits all. Limit you calories, exercise, sleep well, avoid stress and drink enough water.

      keto and low carb diet are the most popular ones nowadays because you can see the fastest result. But it is difficult to sustain it. As a nutritionist, I would recommend having a balanced diet (choosing more veggies, fruits, lean protein, and whole-grain carbs).
      As you said there is no specific pattern or formula that would work for all but you can find what works best for you.

    Wow, That waste of time. This title looks appalling and yet there is nothing inside. Your shows are very good, your questions are professional and appalling but for some reason, the guests you are inviting are very much a disappointment, How many of us know what is protein or what is fat in general. They are like people who read something on the internet. This was supposed to be relatable with Ethiopian people but what a disappointment. There are a saying ‘’ Traditional Doctors never revile his secretes’’ This show was simply that. Please baring people who can talk from personal experience. The experts are too protective of their ‘’knowledge’’
