keto and low carb diet are the most popular ones nowadays because you can see the fastest result. But it is difficult to sustain it. As a nutritionist, I would recommend having a balanced diet (choosing more veggies, fruits, lean protein, and whole-grain carbs). As you said there is no specific pattern or formula that would work for all but you can find what works best for you.
