The cast impressions of each other's characters is hilarious! 😂Also this is one of those episodes to watch multiple times for all the stuff characters are doing in the backgrounds. Tina and Rachel's duet is one of my faves; wish they would've had more songs together!
Fast forward a few years and she gets "Waitress." Covers of songs vs. original Sara Bareillse score on broadway. She definitely went up. Sure, she's not as famous for it, but my God. The people she got to work with.
@@hannahremmel9550 She's literally a broadway baby, Waitress was just like her returning to home. Glee kinda bring her up (though she's no stranger in Broadway but Glee was her first big role in TV) as well as bring her down. I don't like how Glee portrayed her as just an okay singer and therefore people think Jenna was just like Tina. Jenna is far way better.
@@moreandmore7962 I’ll have to look into her more. I didn’t know that. I only knew of Groff and Lea Michelle from SA. And was like, Lea Michelle you’re just not naked anymore and saying different words. Groff, well hot damn you’re not even remotely the same character.
I love this episode, the character swap is so much fun. I love the pairings that they went with, especially Kurt and Finn and Santana and Artie. The behind the scenes clips from this ep are hilarious, the part where Chris and Cory make impressions of each other are golden, they're both so funny and also so sweet.
Finally this episode. Tina kind of get her first standing oviation. I love her solo as Rachel and I also love her duet with Rachel (Which we are robbed more 🙃)
Jenna uses heady mix belt in the climax note (F5), which was great, but she definitely could've used more a of a balanced mix belt. In other live singing she can easily goes up to E5s and F5s, and she was sitting! I don't know why Glee kinda "nerfed" her voice, for example she uses more of a heady mix belt, kinda lack of resonance in a few songs, while when she sings live, her voice resonated so well and her notes are much better. She never dodge belted notes in live singing, unlike a few other casts (I don't need to mention). Though this episode Jenna/Tina got a bit of a spotlight, she definitely holding back her voice to adjust to the character of Tina, never be the first, always second :(
@Songs From A Suitcase Okay, good to know. I'll still look forward to them, tho😁 How about episode 19 'Prom-saurus' is the reaction to that going to be posted on here, or are you skipping that episode?
I don't have Patreon so I like to see these highlights here on TH-cam. I want to see any video highlight of Season 4 and later seasons, your opinion about the new characters, etc. This episode is so crazy and awesome.
Audrey, I love your laugh, you're literally ray of sunshine 😂❤ Could you please maybe react to Lili Reinhart's singing? Or some more musical episodes of Riverdale in general? 😅
This is unrelated to this song but have you ever judged the singing on glees The Happening with Adam Lambert? I am not on your patreon so I don't know if you have. It's so good. 😁
hi! if you ever get a chance can you please react to ashley loren singing let it go, home, or a song from moulin rouge?? she’s my favorite broadway singer and i would love to see a video on her!
I must’ve blocked this episode from my mind, because I don’t remember anything that happens in it. Saying that, I’ve blocked Seasons 4-6 from my mind 😂 not terrible, just meh.
Tina's argument might have meant something if she had auditioned before, like for the last Nationals or even for a real role in WWS and if she hadn't just had the lead in Sectionals in ABC. But now a few days before nationals she complains, give me a break.
You do know they never really give the character justice, they did her dity. All they ever did was directing her to miss a note, crying while singing, be an annoying character, nerfed the actor's voice (Jenna) as if it wasn't that good. I used to think Jenna was just an okay singer untill I hear her live singing and I completely change my mind. Like, how the hell they underutilize and barely let her sing with such a big talent and experience in her belt. They polished the other characters voice a lot, and Tina, they nerfed her :( And if I'm not mistaken Jenna herself was disappointed. Well, as she should.
@@moreandmore7962 this reply is everything. They literally nerfed Jenna a lot. I’m glad Tina kind of get more songs in season 4 & 5 but it is still not enough. Jenna >>> Tina period

This was one of my favorite episodes. I loved that Jenna/ Tina got to shine and Amber Riley as Brittany kills me.
Finally there was a chance for underrated Miss Cohen - Chang to shine. I love Jenna Ushkowitz and I believe she deserved so much better in the show...
