- October 21st, 2023 marked the final scheduled run for the Reading Blue Mountain & Northern's star 4-8-4 #2102. The overnight rain and falling leaves gave the steam crew quite a run for their money keeping the locomotive moving on the steep grades. During the layover in Mauch Chunk, I tried to capture the many movements of the other trains that were operating including the LGSR, Pittston, and Pottsville trains. Come along for the ride as I document as much as I can about the T-1's last trip to Jim Thorpe for 2023!

I was also aboard that day on the fifth car behind the engine. The best part was hearing her slip on the hill out of Jim Thorpe.😊
I’m subbing I love Austin trains have since 4th grade now I’m in 8th
Hey I was chasing that! Saw you a couple times on the train and I can see myself at different spots 😂
Thanks for the upload austin...everyone's been waiting for this
A nice and pleasant video!
The sights and sounds of steam you will only get from the likes of Andy Mullers Reading Blue Mountain and Northern, it’s just like the Reading in the 1940s ! No place better for a steam enthusiast in America.
