After being an old school bus’er for 38 years. You just can’t beat the reliability of the old DT-466 engine as the mid 80’s flatbed International as it rolled by. They’re so indestructible. Just like you guys know the sound of a Cummins or Caterpillar engine coming even before you see it. I’m that same way with the DT-466.
*Hey Austin I really wanted to go to this but unfortunately I couldn't make it due to my life being very busy at the moment since I just got out of school but not to worry I will be there next year and I'm hoping to have a few trucks I'm taking. Up there me and my buddy are rescuing a few down in Maryland we're going to take up there to the next one including a abandoned 359 from PA hoping to see you there and finally get to meet you in person love the video friend!!*
Back in the late 70s and early 80s there were alot of independent owner operators that controlled their destiny and weren't controlled by corporate or union companies like today. Imagine seeing these trucks whistling around you on interstate 80 like I did. Like a truck show doing 65mph. Turbochargers and all. I remember seeing a mudflap that read Peterbuilt of Knoxville.
Same for me, but work calls, unfortunately. But, I'll be at a fire truck muster in Millville, NJ, to witness more Detroit and older Mack powered muscle, go all code 3 out of the Wheaton Arts park. It is a very fun tradition every year (except for 2020, where the event was scrapped for obvious reasons) since 1981.

I completely agree! They're one of IH's BEST mid size trucks to date. My favorite line from them by far
Wow! It was a great show looking back!

I did check out your International and like what you did with it. Maybe we will run into each other somewhere out there. Happy videoing.
Ahhh, ok. Well, at least I know where to find you next year. Lol. Cool video as always. You get some great angles. Keep up the good work.
