    Thank you! Follow up question: 7-10 working sets (4 for arms) per bodypart.
    1. Is that per week?
    2. Can you please list what do you consider a bodypart? My confusion: 7-10 sets for legs (7-10 between quads, hams and calves) or 7-10 for hams, 7-10 for quads and 7-10 for calves?

    Great info Hunt as always. Real good organ info. Love the tips on leg work. Agree w hacks and leg presses. I can protect my back and still train heavy. Good stuff Hunt. That’s also my sentiment on off season - if we’re going to train seriously - look like you do. Bulk master is just lack of discipline.
