most "custom" meal plan tools are the same as each other and just use the same script with slightly different meals. Not bad for a beginner with no training or dieting experience but as you rogress so will your dietary needs and it would make way more sense investing in a coach for nutrition purposes to get some actual personalised meals that have been thought out to align with your goals and not just computer generated.
