Hi., thanks for the content. Really valuable. Could you touch upon ESR regulations a bit? It's a pretty confusing subject for company owners. And frankly, the Ministry is not helpful at all. They answer the emails late and with general answers, without actually explaining properly. We are left at the mercy of outside companies, who are looking to make money before anything else.
Great suggestion! I will touchbase ESR in the future. It is true that information may be a bit confusing/grey. However there is an easy way to see if applies to your company or not, that is checking the regulations ( you can find all of them in the UAE Ministry of Finance website).
