However if you get stuck in the process as it can be a bit complex, please do not hesitate to let us know. Regarding the online business, some Free Zones provides licenses with no office space. If you require office space from time to time, you will find plenty of share desks or meeting rooms to rent hourly, daily, weekly or monthly :)

For example, a portal license would be to list third party vendors and to connect them with customers. Separately, you can setup an e-commerce license to sell your products to third parties. If you would have individual and corporate clients in the UAE, we would advise you to setup a mainland company. We cannot speak on behalf of any Freezone, but our experience says that FZ always respond (one way or another). Sometimes it is required the registered agent with the FZ to contact them on client's behalf. Maybe this the issue? Else, I would strongly recommend going to their HQ. At the same time, I believe someone (distributor for example) has registered your products in Dubai Municipality?
