In the mail, it was written that they will confirm the final outcome of the interview by 21st April but as of now, I haven't received any mail. What does it mean? M I rejected or I have some chances?

They can definitely ask this question, u should have some reason to explain why u didn't work for 4 years, so be honest with them, it could be any reason like preparing for higher studies, family reasons etc., more importantly mention what u learnt during these gap years and how this learning can be useful for this role

I was doing tong pretty well in this job, but out of impulse and due to issues with my reporting manager I left the job (Dec 2019). I also have 1.5 years gap after leaving this job. And now I have this opportunity from Amazon, how do I handle this situation correctly?
If they ask you about the gap question, be honest as to why you left your job, accept that it was out of impulse and perhaps a mistake, also mention your learnings from this mistake, do tell them that u made a lot of efforts to search for a new job from Dec 2019, but due to pandemic u couldn't get it, lastly mention what u did in that free time like learning new courses, improving communication skills etc.

No, when you don't have a relieving letter of the concerned company you should never mention the experience of that company

@@merugunikitha199 I cleared two exams on 17th dec for hyderabad location and later realized there is slow hiring and given exams for bangalore location and cleared two assessments. I received mail regarding submission of candidate details (on 12th of this month). Till now no reply regarding interview🙂

Yes, received an email last Saturday saying I'll be contacted by the HR for another round.

Round 2 comprises 5-6 test including mail writing , dictation,sentence completion etc

@@KISHANKUMAR-mr5bo ok, so it is Versant writing test that you are not able to clear, as far as I know next round will not happen on same day if you clear this round.
@@KISHANKUMAR-mr5bo after 30 questions of grammar test thn you will give writing test which is of 35 mints then if you qualify it you will give speaking test which is of 17 mints. If you qualify all 3 test thn you will be informed for interview after some days.

@@akshaytaiwade8603 When my virtual interview was scheduled then I got a mail that the result will be declared in 3-5 business days and provided hr email id if the result was not declared in the given time.
