This is the most helpful video on amazon leadership principles available on internet. A lot of principles are misunderstood/misconstrued by outsiders. It's great to see someone who is from Amazon shed light on these principles. Thanks guys!!

Very nice! ... I think these explanations of the 14 principles discussed are most the concise and to the point explanations that I’ve come across on TH-cam.really makes me tap into my own experiences simultaneously and think of different scenario where it was a success or a failure and what my thought process was at that time. Very engaging conversation and especially since these were being discussed by someone who has actually worked at Amazon.👍

Now What should be your action next.. Will You send the mobile to customer at that 15k only or what will you do as retail associate?? What should be my answer?

Fulfill the order. You shouldn’t cancel customer order in this case because it will impact the customer experience and trust which we can’t afford at any cost. Remember the motto of the company “Earth’s most customer centric company”. What you can do in such case is take ownership and make corrections to the price asap or temporarily deactivate the listing to avoid getting new orders.

    • @sm-vr9xo

@@zenatreyaz8009 That's a great answer. My answer before reading your ans. was I would immediately send an apology mail to all the customers and show them the corrected price. After reading ur ans. I was reminded of how huge as* this company is and can bear such loss.
