maybe the car needs a good slow 100% charge for a few cycles to recover. I bought a second hand electric scooter last year. At first the battery did not hold a charge. contacted the seller again. As it turned out, they always charged him briefly and quickly when he was not riding the scooter, but with a residual charge in the battery. I drove it completely empty 2 or 3 times. and then slowly reach the right temperature (not too cold or very hot weather outside) 100% charged and completely empty again and slowly back to 100% and the battery now holds its charge for 88%
Bought a used 2014 8 years ago. It's at 95k us miles, no issues ever. Just lost 3rd bar of health. Will go 100miles at 40mph, or 40miles at 100mph. Will never road trip with it. Charge at home, or take gas car. Enjoy the cheap!

Yes, I had a Tesla myself. It was a good bit of kit.
I would be worried about getting to work and back on one charge and it is only a 6 mile round trip....
