Grundig TK 145 deluxe internal - external speaker comparison + new tapes

I didn't feel like talking while making this video, so you'll see me pointing to things. Also you will catch a glimpse of an extremely rare BASF Archiv-box from the early 1960s which I managed to acquire. The song is Tracy's Theme by Billy Vaughn - soundtrack to A Summer Place (1960).

Very nice Grundig! Looks like it's in a mint condition, better than the one i own. Mine was working fine till the belt broke recently...

Recently replaced the belts and patient is totally recoverd!

Hi, what kind of plug is it that you use to connect the external speaker?

The speaker is connected with a 2-pin DIN speaker plug. You can find them on eBay, even complete speaker cables with these on. Just search for "2 pin DIN speaker plug."
