I'm a college student from Korea.
As many already know, my country is divided in two, and North Korea's people are suffering and oppressed by dictatorship. They are escaping their own country risking their lives for freedom and survival.
Your lesson and mindset always shows me what path should I go and what should I die for. Enlisting as a UDT SEAL frogman in 2024. I'm always thankful for your teaching.

Aloha from Hawaii. I was stationed in Taegu at Camp Walker from 06-07 after I injured my back as a paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne. Served 3 tours to Iraq. I have many great Korean friends and I have much respect for your country. I will pray for you as your future career as a Frogman. One thing I learned from the Airborne: Train hard and never, ever quit. Keep pushing forward and when things get hard, smile. Smiling always seems to help with the pain. God bless you 🤙🏼

PDear JimLan Ronin, I am always amazed at the strength and spirit of many American Warriors, one of them is you. I think in your story and of others who have become Americans and serve this Country. This blessed Country have gave us all we need to be able to SERVE, from better life, to the best training in the World, to the Tests and pains that throw you into the mud, to the conditions to recover and learn to stand up and walk again. And it is my believe that all this giving has only one purpose... To fight for Truth and Freedom for humanity, to defend the highest gift of Democracy to continue advancing as civilization. If we do not fight this battle we should remember that those who have received the most are most accountable. With mi respect and great fullness for your service I salute Robin as the Warrior who have Matured enough to enter the final battle, together with his brothers and sisters. You may be blessed and protected. I recommend you to watch Eric Prince interview on the Shawn Ryan Show-TH-cam

I am walking in your footsteps Tu!
Same scenario growing up, same issues with spinal/back issues. Same concerns regarding chronic pain and medication.
I on the other hand, have a difficult time getting by with the struggles of work and dealing with the spinal issues. Ultimately, my Cervical and Lumbar spine are now fused.
I was “disabled “ for over a decade until was forced to get back out into the workforce.
I have a family to take care of and as the bread winner, can not find a way to deal with the real physical/debilitating pain as work and daily life would not happen.
Dealing with the pain in its self, is a full time job..
Finding it to be almost impossible to work 10-12 hr days, being a father and keeping the pain at bay so i can get through each day.
I refuse to just lay around and go at this full speed ahead but not gonna lie, it is easier said than done..,
Thank You for sharing this! I am a fan and praying for you daily! 🙏🏽

not to sound like i wasnt paying attention, but the armor and katana you had displayed was breathtakingly beautiful. Also, i would like to thank you for the teachings you've shared on your channel over the last however many years. Finding things like this have really helped me overcome the many struggles of my life and have overall made me a better, more driven person. Because of videos like this, i have found a way to not only see a real reason to keep moving forward, but have something constantly pushing me. Tu, i have commented many times on videos and you've always got back to me and i just want to thank you again for sharing your knowledge and experience with us. you are a great teacher and an honorable man. you have my eternal gratitude
edit: i return after a long time ago when i posted this comment. it is January 16th, 2023. the time is 4:15 am. i have spent the night meditating and i rise to train and build my body up. this is a normal schedule for me. i am preparing for my deployment in the united states army, where i will be a cavalry scout. i will carry a crkt hisshou, a tactical wakizashi, strapped to the back of my plate carrier as a reminder of my teachings and as a deadly weapon if it comes to it. i am not only prepared for death, but a life in the middle of death. i have spent the last few years learning kendo, kenjutsu, iaido, and jujutsu, along with studying the samurai and their beliefs. i have made their philosophies part of my mind, they are a part of me. i am ready to do what needs to be done. i again give you my eternal thanks Tu, i have found something worth living and dying for. i have purpose, i have a reason to push forward in my days, and a vision that drives my mind in the night. it was partially thanks to you that i have decided to commit to it and sign up for the army, and i have never made a better choice. By the sword, my friends!

As from the beginning, when I 1st heard the name “Tu Lam”, on the Global Recon Podcast #4, with John Hendricks (2016), I was fascinated by the Man, the Story. As an ER physician, I was deeply intrigued with Trauma, Weapons and Injuries. In learning of TuLam, his background, his skills, and his humbleness, I was drawn to learn even more. When I heard of his families escape from Vietnam and his birth name Lam Tuan Tu, I realized that he was indeed someone special, some one with much knowledge of Weapons and of War. I could tell from just listening to his words, that he was a Great Teacher with much to teach. Thank you to Springfield Armory for sponsor this great role model, this American. 🇺🇸

Great explanation of how to go on .. reading Musaihi’s writing a long time ago cemented I’m me my determination to be better in all aspects of my life. Thanks for this ! Going through 3rd chemo in 5 years and this further instills that stoic determination.
