i wouldn't say given up but it's such a pain unless i play it constantly. the matchmaking doesn't change much and the queues take way longer

I played Smite for the first time this weekend. I have no idea whats going on but i've binged watched so many of your videos in hopes to get better :)
Actually one of the best ways to learn smite.
First you have to play against bots.
Than you get a higher level and have fun without ai.
Good choice. Mast has a real gift for explaining and playing at the same time. I'd probably get into watching other mobas if I found someone like him who played them, but I don't know where to start.

I really enjoy these kinds of videos from you Mast, it was one of the reasons I subbed to you initially. To tell you the truth, you seem much more collected in these sorts of videos while in the more meme videos you seem to get ticked off more easily.
I know some of you guys don’t care but, I’m really happy with my gameplay atm. I was a bronze player (that was my rank) I was diamond but I stopped playing ranked for quite a while and chilled in my fam Arena. But the past week I’ve been playing ranked a lot and I’ve gone from bronze 3 to gold 4 in 3 days.
Just wanted to put that out there, hopefully I get back to diamond soon.☺️

I'm surprised to not see Hydra's on Pele - is it still stupid strong with the resets on her 3 and the pops on her 1, or did HiRez actually do something about that and changed it? I totally get the crusher's - it is ridiculous - but not seeing a hydra's was a little saddening.
I would love to see a ADC izanami gameplay. Love playing her back in season 5 but idk how this season with all the new patchs and new gods
Every time I play Jungle I lock Pele, she is such a beast! Excited to see how you run her, as I have my own build that's been working great! Now to watch the video =)

usually skip boots and rely on her 3 for speed when I need it, grab blink. Soul Eater is a great early item, glad shield and void shield are both good to have. The rest really depends on the other team. Sometimes I'll grab a titans, I usually grab a crusher when I sell blessing
9:02 from my knowledge the last time Pele was balance checked the initial damage of Pele ult was reduced by 20 base damage across all levels, or for the first few levels not too sure.
All in all that was some excellent smitegame gameplay.
Only level 1 got 20 damage nerf which is nothing. that said her ult got huge buff before that (her auto attacks didn't do damage while she have the cone attack from the ult) which what he meant and most relevant.

Play hybrid Arachne please. Don’t forget rune forged hammer somewhere in the build. Honestly think bruiser Arachne is so much more impactful that attack speed Arachne. Keep up the good, positive content.

Some constructive criticism, I'd love to hear you go into ability priority. Like why go 1 instead of your 3 first? Otherwise I enjoy your vids! I grew as a jungler just watching your input on so many vids

The more sweat the better. Make it look like you just stepped out the shower.
I hate Aphrodite man , cuz like whenever you have the Aphrodite in your team, the enemy team will ALWAYS go anti heal , which means that gods with minor heals such as Terra , Chiron , Pele with passive etc. heal for nothing which makes that micro sustain / heal over time useless.
Also her ult is annoying cuz potentially it lets the person live which makes the engagements last much longer , and if you have Aphrodite in both team , the game will surely not end mid game , it will get to the end game 95% of the times. This literally makes it bad for early game gods such as Pele.
So like Mast has all those kills in the world in early game but it doesn’t matter , cuz they have Aphrodite so they can drag the game til 30 minute mark.
