    The 2022 Trance E + is a beast of a bike. Love to go riding anywhere.

    I’ve ordered myself the giant trance E pro 3 being delivered very soon 😀 it’s my first E bike. From this review I think I’ve made the correct decision on the giant, I was torn between the giant and the cube stereo. As a trail rider the durability of the giant swayed my decision hopefully it’s as good as the reviews have said 😁👌
    Great review by the way very informative! 👍

    Great vid Sam,. 8k might be good value for what is on it but that's still a lot of cash!

    I love my 2021 Trance X E+ pro, it doesn't have all the bells and whistles like the 0 but it's an awesome bike. For $6300 I think is a good value. I have a little over 600 miles on it.

    Bought a 2023 E+1 aluminium one, it has an 800wh battery now. Brilliant.

    I have 150 miles on the trance e+3. It was $5600 here in the states. It climbs like a monster. It has entry lvl components which are good enough for me.

    Really Balanced review Sam! Pedal strikes are a nightmare on the YT Jeffsy Acoustic. It’s my most hated thing!

    I'm waiting for the mullet Trance X next year, fit a 160 fork and a Float X2 in the rear. I've got a '19 Trance and those suspension changes made a huge difference!

    I got a Trance X e+1 in June, silk trying to adjust to the long chainstay, but really enjoying the bike.

    Thanks for such a great review!
    I am in the market for my first time eMTB. I am considering the 2022 Levo Comp Alloy and this Trance X Advanced E+ 0. I can have the Levo Comp for 7k (+taxes) and the Trance for 8500 (+taxes).
    My rides would be a mix of climbs, medium downhill and also the occasional commute from the office on asphalt.
    I am 6'3 (215lb on a good day).
    Thanks a lot!

    Hey Sam! Love your passion in your reviews and vids! I love this bike but between this and the Levo, what’s your opinion? I think they are both very capable bikes but the Levo has more adjustability.

    I'm on a TRANCE X E+ 1 2022 and love it,...... aside from the grey elephant in the room... the low bottom bracket and constant pedal strike on any trail. Even turning on buffed trails the pedals drag on the ground 🤣

      @SamsBikes  2 ปีที่แล้ว

    E+1 on deposit. 25mm Carbon Risers and 160 upgrade on the fork already installed. Funny you mention both things. Can't wait. Do you recommend the Cush Cores?

    • @SamsBikes
      @SamsBikes  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey Berry great minds think alike! Haha 😂 I think with aluminum wheels useless your going crazy, I don’t run cushcore just good tires with thick casing with carbon wheels 100% cushcore enjoy the bike mate it’s a beast

    Great review Sam! Is there a chance you can get your hands onto Cube Stereo Hybrid HPC 160 Actionteam and do a fieldtest? I wonder how it compares with Reign cuz i want to get one of those bikes.

  • @harrysmiles
    @harrysmiles ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Sam, do you know if you can extend the travel of the forks with a standard fox 36 air shaft?

    • @SamsBikes
      @SamsBikes  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes you can, You just need to buy the air stroke but I’m not sure how it will play with the fox live value might be worth reaching out to fox.

  • @rockylim735

    I have a 2022 alloy E+1 and I was thinking of keeping the flip chip on high but increasing the fork travel to 160 would this work to be closer to a trail-enduro machine without going to the bigger brother?

    • @SamsBikes
      @SamsBikes  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes that would work pretty well! I have heard people putting a longer stroke in the rear shock and making it 150 at the rear and 160 at the front. Never tried it but it should work

    Maybe I am poor but, 8.5 grand for a push bike is far from being reasonable!!
    Especially when you consider what kind of motorbikes you can buy for this money.

    • @m3drivr
      @m3drivr 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Don’t quite disagree, but if you take a look around, even a simple carbon non electric bike probably about 3k at least and a base ebike while about 6-7k. Bikes with this spec? 12-14k!

      Good for cycling business I guess!!

      In may I got a reign e+1 and I'm loving it.
      Coming from a 2018 kenevo it took a bit to adjust my riding style, but once you understand the forward geometry this thing is a beast.

      @@SamsBikes yes owned the e1 reign and sold it.bosch #1 all the way ,it has on point dialed acceleration for wheelies and popoing over trail features.the giant needs work and its the one thing u cant change .power level make no difference to how the motor feels. Its such a shame because i liked my reign very disappointing.

    • @thispod
      @thispod 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I king of agree on the tune, any setting higher that 3 makes very little difference even if adjusted all the way up on the app.

    • @mikewormsman
      @mikewormsman 2 ปีที่แล้ว
