    Still here! I go to the gym in the mornings but woke up late this morning! Did the work set as 30 sec strength move and then 30 sec cardio! Of course it was great! Leg day! lol Thank you again 120spm! I love this workout!

      Heya! 😄 That sounds like you are ready for a real challenge! Working on the next HIIT with music currently. Going to be the hardest one yet, introducing the "120spm protocol". 😱 Yeah, not really going to call it that, since it's non-scientific. 😁 But I think it is a smart approach and fits in very well within the general consensus of efficiency and effectiveness.       Thanks, Risa! 😀 I wish I could have shown a bit more of the alpine panorama, but that time window was probably 10000 years ago, before the river Breitach had ingrained into the valley so deeply. 😆 Still busy here, on the road with no editing hardware available 🏕️. But new videos should go up in a few weeks. 🖥️🤺

    Good Morning. Monday October 24th , 2022. Great walking to this one. The scenery was just what I needed this morning. I used a step bench for the intervals and my walk pace was 128bpm. Great Cardio! Love this video and the timing! Again Happy Monday! 🚶💚

    I love these videos to train in my elliptical. My suggestion is: don't move the camera too much trying to show us the scenery. A lot of us prefers to focus on the trail to maintain our rithm during training. Every time you move the camera to the side, we get distracted for a second and loose the idea of being in the trail for real.

      Hi Yolanda! Thanks for your feedback! 😃 When I started the channel following the trail straight was how I did it. And the idea about it was exactly what you suggested, trying to provide as much immersion as is possible for a 2D video. I started adding more side pans when the distance to home increased, because I felt it helped the viewers to get a better grasp of the area they were moving through. I don't have any insight into what people actually prefer. It'll probably be a mixed bag of opinions. I personally do like the pans. Sadly there are no large successful channels doing these videos that would maybe give some insight into what the majority of people prefer for a workout. I'll keep this in mind and make a poll on it in a few weeks, when I start uploading again more regularly. Filming videos will have mostly finished for the winter by then, so there will be side pans regularly. But I am open to changes. 🌞

    Good Tuesday morning November 8, 2022 from Canada. Its cold and snowy here so this was a great video to workout to this morning. Did 30 run 30 endurance 60 recover. Used body weight exercises for endurance! It was a sweatfest for sure! Thank you!😅

Bad news is, it's scheduled behind the crazy january project which is getting all attention right now, to stand a chance to somehow finish it in time. 🤪
