Thanks for the awesome workout drill, is there any chance you could post a version with the full breaks built in? It's hard to stop and take off my gloves to pause the video.

Hey Nate, so much people say to me that i got a good "genetic", i'm 1.83 m for 71 kg, i've got large shoulders and a tighty waist, with two big legs, not really big arms, but also not really small arms, large chest, with a normal density. I've played football, and everyone say to me that i'm really strong when i need to push and make a contrast, even people bigger than me, really bigger, say that i'm really strong and that they're afraid to make tough contrasts with me. I lift pretty well, just a little bit problem to lift something that need more strenght in the triceps, but i can lift the other things, but i can't do a single pull up, and i can do just a few push ups.. i'm really flexible, i can do a really good cartwheel and other things.
But, i'm really out of training, is since one year that i'm not training, and i'm in a really bad shape, i'm about 11-12% body fat..
My problems now, are that i need to work on my arms, chest and shoulders, to make them bigger and make more muscle then, and i need to lose weight on my lower body. I need to lose fat in my lover body, but in the same moment gain muscle in my upper body, do you got any advice ?
Another question; i'm 17, is it too late to make boxing ?

Why should any of that stuff matter? I'm 25, have cerebral palsy and started boxing training (with no prior experience) a month ago. The CP really makes fluid footwork and staying relaxed difficult, but it doesn't stop me at all. You've got nothing stopping you except your mind. If you want it go out and get it, and don't let anyone tell you what you can and cannot achieve.

NateBowerFitness Mr Bower I have a genuine question that might sound crazy but if you would please answer honestly I would be more than appreciative if I were to do this workout and this workout alone for cardio will I have great cardio and how long will it take this exercise to build my lungs if you could answer both questions I will be grateful I am a new subscriber and need major guidance

This video would be quite useful for a live workout with just few modifications. As it is it is, I am sorry to say, useless, at least for me. This post does not want some harsh review: I really appreciate this channel and I regularly use the 20 minutes workout for my training. It is rather a constructive critics since IMHO with few modifications this video would be just perfect.
So first and foremost the biggest problem is that the 30 sec pauses do not last on the video 30 seconds but just 5 seconds. I use the video as a trainer but also as a TIMER. Since I wear my gloves I cannot just stop the video, count 20 secs and start it again (5 secs for putting the glove on) so:
suggestion 1: make the 30 sec pause last 30 secs.
Then there are also a couple of less important suggestions:
suggestion 2: display a countdown timer during the video (2 mins for rounds, 30 sec for pauses)
suggestion 3: add as a superscript for each round the exercise we are supposed to work (when you are tired you may miss some words :-)
If these three suggestions were implemented the video would be just perfect for me.
It was my 2 cents' worth

Thank you very much for your answer. Again, I am very grateful for your videos, I really appreciate them, and am *very* thankful that the entire rounds are played out. And ultimately, hey, these are your videos and you are the master here, so feel free to disregard my comments. But ... :-)
      1. Pushing pause would add less than 4 minutes to the total length (9x25 = 225 seconds)
2 I do not need a clock but it would just be nice to know how many seconds more I still have to suffer :-)
Thanks again for all you work. All the best

+NateBowerFitness I'm actually a pretty decent accomplished amateur but now I'm looking to go pro I have no sponsors, trainers or team for that matter I took two years off due to some serious family issues and kinda got outta shape but now I'm back to training I would appreciate it if you checked out the two videos I uploaded and critique them I'd respect your opinions I'm doing all training by myself and would love a to have a trainer of your caliber only problem is I live in the USA and have no way of traveling damn I think we would have made one hell of a team

posted the video 1 year ago and still respond to comments. god bless. only thing i want to mention tho is that you step on your back part of you foot with your lead leg and that keeps you off balance.
