    30 Minute Savage Heavy BAG WORKOUT | 3
    This is Session 3 of the Savage boxing Heavy bag seres. Theses boxing heavy bag workouts are ideal for all levels. Ive combined heavy bag combinations, conditioning drills, music, motivational and instructional voice and a round timer. The Savage Boxing Heavy bag workout format is a 1 minute interval before a 20 second rest. The you hit a 40 second conditioning set. We repeat that for 3 sets per round. Like other Nate Bower Fitness Heavy bag workouts. The last set is a 30-10 interval savage Boxing burnout. Get ready…Walk up to the heavy bag, listen up and let your hands go! #slipandcounter

    I love all your heavy bag workouts, but I feel that this is the best presented one in that you have the workout time remaining, the current round and the round time remaining all on screen at all times. Makes a big difference knowing where your are in the workout. You are the Tony Horton of boxing, keep the videos coming!

    Awesome workout, i used to be a Chef by trade and the constant work strain left my hips and lower back in shambles
    Love the amount of squats and core training in these sessions it really bringing that strength in my legs n lower back

    I hated seeing the first ad... having to take off my gloves to skip... but the second ad was timed to perfection immediately after the first agility set! This one has been the most intense session I’ve experienced!

    Nate, you crushed it again! I love this HIIT format with the conditioning at the end to ensure the best workout. I have always liked your workouts but you have taken it to a new level technically over the last few months with the addition of the clocks and combos on the screen along with your positive motivation.     Got to gym expecting to do savage 2. Opened up youtube and found savage 3, perfect timing. This one crept up on me. Didn't feel so bad at beginning but later my felt like noodles. No power left but I kept throwing. Thanks Nate
