Heey, thanks for reaching out😌 Yes, you need a premium Zapier account for multi-step zaps. I usually prototype with Zapier because it’s faster, but then I move it to Make since it’s free under 1000 actions:)

I tried to do the same but it stops at the step 3, it says "Not enough tokens available to send the assistant message and the user message". Do you have any ideas of how to solve it?

It sounds like you need to increase max token limit at the "chatgpt conversations" step. Also dubble check what model you have chosen, I would go with GPT 3.5 turbo 16 k or GPT-4 1106 preview since it has 120K token limit now. If that is not the problem It might be notion if you are connecting it there, i know they have some limit to programatically add text to pages, but i think the limit is quite high :)

Does this work when there are multiple people speaking in the same meeting / audio file? Does it recognize different voices or personas and identify who is talking?

I havn't found a way to identify who is talking with wisper... That is something I want to find out how to, let me know if you find a way

Do you have to manually choose the video file every time you want to transcribe it? Or can it be set to automate any new video that enters the Google drive folder?

Yeah, right now the automation kicks in as soon as a file drops into that specific Google Drive folder. And yep, if you’re recording a Google Meets chat, it’s totally doable to have that recording land straight in that folder, setting off the automation. Hope that clears things up!

Yes, you pay as you go with the API. For me, it’s worth it since it saves a lot of time and allows me to feed all my conversations to GPT so that it can better help me with whatever I’m working on:)

@@TakethehandofAI for example a pdf with height and weight to be read in chatgpt and output the BMI as a result in another pdf. So a simple : read > execute > output

Yeah, for sure, just have the trigger on dropping the pdf in a drive, then use code by zapier to extract the text, send it to chatgpt with the promt to calculate the bmi and then output it in a pdf. maby ill have a go at it, I like the idea@@Ematuresco

The cost is zapier+whisper usage, use make.com to replace zapier for free but its a little bit more complicated
