Thanks for the tour. You/your co-workers do a great job presenting the properties for the owners you represent. Although it has an odd layout and requires some work, it's a bargain compared to what I've seen in my area. Around here, properties of that square footage and lot size would be upwards of $350,000.
Keep in mind that taxes are based on appraised values that reset on sale. So if the current value is say $25,000, and you buy for $200,000. that annual tax will be 5x higher. Note I have no clue of the current appraised value, just that you should know that this information “is subject to change.” I have lived in the same house for over 40 years, the value was capped by homestead exemption at $60,000. and its current valuation is around $750k. 😊
Wondering why many of the ceilings in Maine are suspended, grid type? They look industrial and not something we see regularly in a residential setting other than sometimes in finished basements? Thanks for any explanation!

Big house but yard is very small seems most of houses in Maine are very well built
