I'll tell ya why the RMX falls short in a drag race, it needs that (6th) gear! Most bike I drag raced had one more gear. I can't tell you how many time I went for that next gear that wasn't THERE!
My 99 has no problem with any 450 until 70 mph. 4 humpers have more top end speed. Period. All the 450's I've beaten have traction control too. Which is for Sally's. BABY BUSSA they call her. 😆
stop and have a drag off the mark guaranteed the 250 2stroke will beat it in short distance for a bit if running right and there both stock proved it heaps of times with my old yz250 03 and my mates yz450 04

How fast is the rmx would a CRF250R run with it?
Yes if you have traction on asphalt its nasty top speed is arround 80mph with stock gearing
