I find it funny. People say other games are a “sim” but they say Assetto Corsa and iRacing and rFactor have different handling models??
Cars feel differently??
GT7 is the only game I’ve heard which has handling consistent with irl cars based on my own testing and what I’ve witnessed.
GT7 is not a simulator... stop smoking crack. Yes it's a really good racing game but it's not a simulator... for starter, the tracks aren't even laser scan

There is some brilliant racing in GT7 - Not saying that top split guys aren’t talented and skilful at the game but it can’t really be called a SIM when everyone races in bumper or bonnet view rather than cockpit view that’s been proven to be slower

ACC has only gt3 and gt4 cars and awful graphics. GT has every type of car and the best graphics in a simracing game

@@RiccardoArmentanoACC Looks Bad only on Playstation due to the weak Hardware. Im driving ACC on a High End PC in VR and 120 fps and it looks so much better than GT.
A Playstation doesnt have enough Power for this Performance.
GT is a great game that i also enjoy playing, but to call it a simulation let alone the best Simulation is just wrong.
In the field of Hardcore simulators it cant keep up with AC, ACC, RF2 or iRacing.
The graphics are not the reason but the physics and a lot of other features..
As long as there is ghosting and self repairing cars you cannot call this a sim, watch ACC content on PC for the best sim racing or iracing,was looking forward to your content creators race but sadly its up against the LFM race on ACC I will try to catch it later hope it goes well.

The cars in this game drive as they do IRL. Some aspects are simplified but owners of cars like 992 GT3 have said it handles exactly 1:1.
GT is a sim in my eyes; albeit simplified. I don’t know what you mean by arcade. If you mean “easy” that doesn’t make the game any less of a sim; games like Assetto Corsa exaggerate certain physics components where they drive unlike IRL.
People just ruin the game way to many dirty drivers just dont no how or when to pass safety rateings need to be adjusted

I'm a fan of Gran Turismo franchise since GT1 but for me in my opinion Assetto Corsa and rFactor 2 is the best sim racing game out there don't get me wrong GT7 is good but for best sim racing game I will say AC & rF2

Very subjective. It's more accessible than most racing games but it is not the most realistic. "The real driving simulator" they don't allow the use of H pattern in sport mode because it's quicker then a control pad. That's not realistic in my books.

I'm sorry but so far GT7 has been a huge disappointment for me. Not enough tracks, not enough single player content, hopeless penalty system and not enough variety of daily races. It feels more like Gran Turismo Sport 2, and the fact that you always have to be online to play the game properly. Sony/Polyphony Digital have lost the passion for innovation and fun and have released a barely permissible cash cow of a game. If it wasn't so damn popular I would get a refund on my copy.

It's my all time favorite game no PlayStation game comes close to it with a wheel it feels amazing the grind to level 50 keep me playing for 100s of hours
