      I grew up in San Francisco during the 90’s. You have no idea how many times I heard a kid diss another by saying “I’m tight like Brian McKnight. You a f@&&@+ like Bob Saget.” (Even in SF proper, people especially kids were quite homophobic then.)

      I said exactly that on Twitter because when Norm died, Bob did a special edition of his podcast, and that was how I found out he did a podcast. So I've listened to a few of them, the Norm tribute, Bill Burr, Gilbert Gottfried... and now suddenly Bob has gone too! 😢

    His Half Baked role is my favorite cameo of all time. The layers of it all and Bob Saget doing it and looking crushed as he slumps back into his chair pondering his addiction before the room turns on Chappelle. It is funny every single time. I will miss you Bob. RIP

    I met Bob about a week and a half before this interview aired in Kona Hawaii outside of Roy’s restaurant. I mentioned to him that is the best quote of all time. He said something to effect will always wear that one. We had a good 10 min convo while waiting for our car rides. Could tell was a genuine and good person. Funny as hell too I laughed the whole convo. RIP Bob

    The Roast of Bob Saget is one of the funniest comedy events ever put on tape. Saget is a unique legend because he created this hybrid public presentation. People that like clean comedy love him. People that like dirty, controversial comedy love him. In other words. Everyone loves Saget. And everyone knows everyone loves Saget.

    I really appreciate Team Coco uploading these old spots with legendary guests who have passed away (saget, norm, heath ledger etc) but it also makes you kind of sad to realise they were taken too early and were never able to gift the world with more of their creativity. Life is so precious and we're so lucky to be exposed to people who can enrich our lives through laughter or drama or music. I don't really know if I have a point here, I've just been going through some videos and I feel oddly content, yet sad.

      Aside from Johnny Carson, I'd say Conan is probably the most prolific late night host - which is interesting because it took a while for his show to gain steam and then there was the whole Leno debacle. He is without a doubt a national treasure.

    I was front row at one of his last shows. We locked eyes for a moment as his euphonious comical wit filled my ears. After the show I think we all became little bit better versions of ourselves just for being in his presence. I will always remember how he made me feel.

    I'm still in disbelief that he is gone… for all who were born in the 80s raised in the 90s have been touched by this Legend either with his TV sitcoms or stand up.
    All the great memories and laugh we had… thank you so much Mr. Saget and will always be remembered.

    Dude, this shouldn’t hurt as much as it does, having not personally known him and all, but I really feel like I did. Especially with having watched this man since I could walk. The way his friends and family talk about him just solidify it. I don’t think it will ever stop hurting.

      This didn't quite have the Robin Williams feel, partly because of the unique sadness behind Robin's passing - but to me was in the ballpark, I feel you. These public people mark time in our lives in many ways. Sometimes when someone exits the world just seems changed. A bit less funny, bright or innocent. I'm with you. RIP Bob.

    I first saw bob saget when he was making the rounds on the comedy circuit. When he got on full house my mind was blown, I was like 'do the producers know this man at all?'. lol. RIP Bob. You are a legend.

    I used to watch AFV with my uncle when I was a kid. He was a raging alcoholic and moved with us and terrified me a lot, but when he was sober we were best friends, he would always be sober for AFV. Thanks Bob

    I grew up watching _Full House,_ and absolutely loving every minute of it. I have especially fond memories of watching it when I was sick and home from school, 'cause they used to air it a lot during school hours on one of the (four) channels they had in Norway (we only got three of 'em), and I'd always watch it with my older sister if she was home. Those were some good times, and it made being sick not so bad.
    R.I.P., Bob Saget. ='( Gone far too soon. Still can't quite believe it...

    When I mention I worked film security on sets to ppl, I always get asked who was the nicest/worst. I met Bob twice, once on the Half Baked set in Toronto and he's one of the first I mention! An absolutely gracious person and thoughtful.
    So sorry he's gone. Of the dozens I've met, I'll always remember him as one of if the nicest celebrities.

    You know Conan wasn't gonna put ads on this. Much respect to him. He's a real one. Even when the producers didn't want Norm back, he fought to let him come back. What a shame that Fallon couldn't even do that. Bob was also a real one. Always kept it genuine throughout the years. We gotta treasure the legends we have left because they're leaving too soon. This makes watching their works a little sadder because it takes you to a time when you were younger and things were better than they are now, zeitgeist wise. I still can't believe this. Both Norm and Bob took me by surprise. A couple of legends gone too soon. R.I.P. Bob Saget 1956-2022🌹🕊 Thank you for the beautiful memories.

    Everybody that I really followed like Burr and Norm always said he's the nicest guy. People are truly crushed and saddened by his passing. Can't help to wonder if Norms death effected him more than we knew

    I had just started getting into his podcast the past couple of years. He was so warm and open with all his comedian friends.

      Oh yes, what a genuine podcast it was. I felt bad when it didn't have many views. I hope it didn't hurt his feelings, but even if it did, he still put his all into it, and that's more than I can say for most people.

    Bob was a cool guy. I was in college when Full House debut so I was too old for that show so I rarely watched. A lot of talented people in that sitcom for sure! I'm sure he's resting easy.

    I have to break out my copy of the Aristocrats. Saget blew away all the other A list comics. He was a national treasure. I hope he and Betty are keeping the angels in stitches.

    Never got to see him live. His stand up was the best. His acting was solid and he had such a wide range. I was enamored with his raunchier, dark comedy. He is a huge loss for the world, but we were lucky to have had him. Rest in love Bob.

    I rewatched "Dirty Work" when Norm passed because I always liked it growing up. Now Saget has passed on too. These last two years have really sucked.

    I hated Full House. It was horrible. Later realized how smart and genuinely funny Saget is. My loss for paying attention earlier. He's carrying a ton of love with him. He'll make the journey fine. Safe journey Bob. Don't worry if they don't get your stuff at first. They might not be as smart.

    The cameo became legendary because most people had never heard his comedy before so it seemed so out of character for him, but in reality it was the closest thing to his real voice.

    His cameo in "Half-Baked" is what introduced me to his raunchy side lol Before that, I only knew him as a wholesome father and AFV funny man. His scene in "Half-Baked" turned me on to his stand-up, and he was one funny ass dude!

    It’s so bizarre, I frequently think about Norm and the fact that he’s gone and just 2 days before the news that Bob passed I was thinking about him as well. RIP
